We're here for you, whenever you need us with our 24/7 technical support. Our aim is to answer any support request within 15 minutes. With over six years experience of providing this to our hosting customers, we have the manpower and know-how to do this which gives our customers full peace of mind should they need any technical assistance.
If you are already a customer of 5 Year Host, please contact our 24/7 technical support team via our free helpdesk. The helpdesk is available 24 hours a day and response times are usually within 5 minutes.
Alternatively, you can call the technical team direct on 0871 750 2474 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday where they will do their best to answer your technical query - however, not all technical queries can be answered via the phone and we do prefer customers to use the totally free online helpdesk whenever possible.
